Chimaira break up
Chimaira break up
Chimaira have officially broken up after the lineup of the band imploded over this past week with only frontman Mark Hunter remaining in the group after a mass exodus.

The breakup began with guitarist Emil Werstler announcing on Monday (September 1st) that it was necessary for him to leave the group "in order to take the next step in [his] career."

On Tuesday, the remaining members of the group, Matt Szlachta, Sean Zatorsky, Jeremy Creamer and Austin D'Amond, issued the following statement to Theprp.com, "In light of recent news, the rest of the band have decided to part ways with Chimaira. For us this was a great stepping stone, and an honor to play these songs live, and fulfill an incredible legacy."
