| Guns N’ Roses es una banda de hard rock que nació en Los Ángeles, en marzo de 1985. El grupo estaba formado por el cantante Axl Rose, los guitarristas Tracii Guns e Izzy Stradlin, el bajista Ole Beich, y el baterista Rob Gardner. El nombre deriva de la combinación de los seudónimos de Guns y Rose. Su primer concierto tuvo fecha el 26 de marzo de 1985 en el Troubador (Hollywood, California). Hollywood Rose fue la banda creada por Jeffrey Isabell (Izzy Stradlin) y William Rose (Axl Rose) después de dejar Lafayette, Indiana y establecerse en Los Angeles.
